Meet Kiara

Hi, it's so lovely to meet you!
I’m Kiara - a carer advocate and lived experience representative. Most importantly, I’m a mum to my beautiful son Ryder, who lives with complex, additional needs.
Much of my career has been dedicated to advocating for carers, our families, and the people we love. Through Moonlit Supports, I now have the privilege of turning that passion into practical, ethical support for those who need it most.
My vision is to help individuals and families feel sustained and supported - living with capacity, avoiding burnout, and surrounded by a strong, trustworthy network. We want to become a positive extension of your circle of support. You’ve already done the incredibly hard work to get here - we’re here to share the load, so you don’t have to carry it alone.
Trusting someone with your loved one is never easy (and at times, absolutely petrifying)! I understand this deeply from my own experience. My hope is that Moonlit Supports can be a guiding star for you and your family - a source of trust and support you can rely on for years to come.
Thank you for being here - I look forward to discussing how we can help you and your loved ones!
Kiara
