About Us

Warm Family Hug

Get to know us!

Every family’s journey with disability is unique, filled with challenges, triumphs, and moments that matter.

Moonlit Supports grew from lived experience - a mother’s journey as a carer and advocate for her child. Along the way, she encountered the disappointment of support providers who promised the world but delivered little of real value. This inspired a commitment to do better, creating a service that offers reliable and consistent support.

We aim to become a trusted partner, standing beside families, celebrating every small achievement, and respecting the hard work that has already been done. We are dedicated to creating affirming connections, encouraging independence, and empowering families. This is more than a service to us - it’s a partnership, a community, and the intention to bring positive support to your daily life
