Every member of our team brings a wealth of lived experience and specialised training, ensuring that the wellbeing and comfort of your family is always at the heart of what we do.

Kiara
Founder & Director
Kiara is the founder of Moonlit Supports, created from her lived experience as a mother, carer, and advocate. She works as a carers advocate at both state and federal levels, is a lived experience representative, and contributes to research focused on improving disability supports. Kiara is passionate about building connections, and providing reliable, person-centred support that families can trust.

Rebecca
Disability Support Worker
Say hello to Bec, a passionate support worker with 7+ years supporting people of all ages, from youth to older adults. She has extensive experience working with First Nations youth and provides culturally respectful, person-centred care for clients with diverse and complex needs. She loves spending time with family and her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Larry James, and adds her signature mix of heart, humour, and expertise to the team!

Scott
Disability Support Worker
Meet our Scott (Scotty), a lived experience support worker who brings a thoughtful, strengths-based approach to the team. At 54, he draws on years of supporting his son with Level 2 ASD, alongside a values-driven career change into support work - and is enrolled to begin his Certificate III in Individual Support - giving him insight into what day-to-day support looks like for families. Scotty is neuro-affirming, calm, and relationship-focused, helping participants take small, steady steps while building confidence and expanding their experiences.

Simone
Disability Support Worker
Meet Simone, a highly experienced and compassionate support worker who brings a calm, confident, and professional approach to her role. Simone supports participants across SIL homes, in-home care, and community settings, assisting with daily living and skill development.
Simone holds a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Community Services, reflecting her strong foundation of knowledge, practical skills, and commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred support.

Amy
Disability Support Worker
Our Amy is a highly capable and dedicated support worker who is incredibly reliable and confident in her role. Amy is currently studying a Bachelor of Secondary Education (Agriculture) and has extensive experience working with children with complex disabilities, health needs, and behaviours. She has also worked as a Student Support Officer in school settings supporting children with additional needs. Amy is passionate about making a positive impact and is committed to providing consistent, high-quality support that empowers the individuals she works with to thrive.

Cheryl
Disability Support Worker
Meet Cheryl, a warm and experienced support worker who brings a caring and approachable presence to her role. Cheryl has six years of experience in the disability sector, supporting both adults and children with additional needs across a variety of settings.
She is passionate about fostering independence and empowering participants through capacity building and community access. Cheryl is dedicated to building confidence and encouraging practical participation.

Courtney
Disability Support Worker
Courtney is a dedicated disability support worker with extensive experience in clinical and emergency response roles, including work as a Clinical Support Assistant, Emergency Medical Call Taker, and Ambulance Dispatcher. She also brings the discipline of her background as a performance equestrian. Courtney holds a Statement of Attainment in Medical Terminology, Certificate III and IV in Ambulance Communications, and is completing her Bachelor of Nursing. She is reliable, confident, and committed to making a positive difference for the people she supports.

Katelyn
Disability Support Worker
Katelyn is a warm and approachable support worker who brings a positive, energetic presence to her role. Known to us as Katy, she values building connections and encouraging independence in those she supports. She holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), supporting her ability to provide safe, person-centred care. As a mum to her young son, Katelyn brings patience and a nurturing approach to her work. She is outgoing, enjoys trying new things, and is always open to new experiences.

Jack
Disability Support Worker
Jack is a highly capable support worker with strong lived experience and a significant understanding of neurodivergence. He spent ten years travelling Australia as an excavator operator before moving into the heavy diesel industry. After receiving an ADHD and Autism (AuDHD) diagnosis, Jack shifted into disability support with a focus on purposeful, people‑centred work. He also brings nine years of volunteer firefighting experience and a calm, steady approach grounded by real‑world support through challenging circumstances.

Belinda
Disability Support Worker
Belinda is a compassionate healthcare professional with extensive experience across acute care, aged care, and disability services. Drawing on her lived experience as a former foster child, she brings a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to supporting clients with diverse and high-support needs. Belinda holds a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Acute Care) and combines empathy and attention to detail which helps people to feel safe and supported in their daily lives.

Karyn
Disability Support Worker
Meet Karyn, a compassionate support worker with over 13 years’ experience across disability and aged care. She brings a wealth of knowledge and heart to her work, holding a Certificate III in Aged Care and supporting individuals with diverse and complex needs. Karyn is passionate about helping people live with dignity and choice and is known for always going the extra mile to support independence and empowerment.

Tammy
Disability Support Worker
Tammy is our NDIS cleaner and a valued member of the Moonlit Supports team. Tammy is reliable and down to earth, and she takes pride in creating clean, fresh, and comfortable spaces; with a focus on always working calmly and respectfully around people’s routines. Tammy brings a warm, friendly approach to everything she does and is currently completing her certifications, with plans to soon support clients with community access and domestic assistance.
