3. Can I choose my support worker?

Yes! We match you with someone you feel comfortable with, and we always organise a meet and greet first so you can see if it’s the right fit.

5. How do you keep me safe?

All our support workers are carefully screened, fully trained, and follow strict safety and privacy guidelines. We take this incredibly seriously - if we wouldn’t trust them to support one of our own family members, they wouldn’t be part of our team. Your safety, wellbeing, and dignity are always our top priorities.

If you have funding in your NDIS plan or just need some extra support, we’re here to help.   Our services are available to people of all ages.
